What We Look For During a Visit
- 📐 Production capacity — actual lines, shifts, equipment condition
- 📋 Quality system — incoming-material inspection, in-process checks, finished-goods testing
- 👷 Workforce & safety — staffing levels, training, PPE compliance
- 🏢 Real vs. virtual — some “factories” are actually trading companies with shared warehouses
- 🔍 Past customer references — we ask the factory directly for clients you can verify with
