Trading & Import / Export
Single-name or dual-name trading. We hold the documentation so the goods clear customs cleanly.
Two Trading Models
Exporter-of-Record (EOR)
We appear on the export paperwork as the seller. Buyer is on your side as the importer. Useful when the factory doesn’t have export licenses or capacity.
Buyer-of-Record (BOR)
We buy the goods outright, hold inventory briefly, then sell to you. Useful when you want us to take title and the credit risk during shipping.
Two-Way / Dual Name
Both parties appear on documentation. Standard for buyers who need to track the full chain-of-custody or claim their own import duties.

Customs Clearance at Destination
For DDP shipments, we coordinate with our licensed brokerage partners in 40+ destination countries. For other terms, we hand off a complete document pack to your nominated broker.
For our most frequent destinations (US, EU, AU, UK, CA, NZ), we maintain standing relationships with brokers who know our product categories — solar and inverters, automotive parts, electronics — and how to clear them efficiently.
