How It Works
- Submit your RFQ — Product, spec, quantity, target price, destination. (Send via our RFQ form, email, or WhatsApp.)
- Within 24 hours you receive 2–3 qualified quotes with the suppliers’ company profile, capabilities and certifications.
- You pick your preferred supplier (or ask us for a recommendation based on cost / risk / capacity).
- Sample order placed on your behalf, or — for higher-value purchases — a virtual or in-person factory audit.
- Move to the Purchasing phase: contract, deposit, production.
What We’ll Always Tell You Up Front
- If your target price is unrealistic for the spec, volume & market — we’ll say so.
- If a supplier looks good on paper but fails the audit, we won’t hide that.
- If we already represent a competing buyer for the same product, we’ll disclose the conflict and offer an alternative.
- If we genuinely don’t know — we’ll say so, and recommend someone who does.
