Shipping Methods
🚢 Sea (FCL)
Full container (20’/40’/40HQ). Cheapest per kg. Transit 18–35 days.
🚢 Sea (LCL)
Less-than-container. Consolidated with other buyers. Slightly higher per-kg, no MOQ.
✈️ Air Freight
Consolidated or direct. 3–7 days transit. For mid-volume urgent orders.
📮 Express Courier
DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT. 3–7 days door-to-door. Samples & small parcels.
Incoterms We Use
- EXW — Ex Works (you pick up at factory)
- FCA — Free Carrier (we deliver to the forwarder)
- FOB — Free On Board (loaded on the ship)
- CIF — Cost, Insurance, Freight (your port)
- DDP — Delivered Duty Paid (your warehouse, all-in)
For first-time buyers we default to DDP: everything from factory to your door, duties pre-paid by us. You don’t need a customs broker in your country to start.
Our Carrier Network
We have standing contracts with the top 10 Chinese forwarders for FCL/LCL, plus direct relationships with Cathay, Singapore Airlines and Air China for air. Volume discounts are passed to you.
Container capacity is reserved for our regular buyers — useful during Q4 peak season when space gets tight.
Insurance
For CIF / CIP terms, basic cargo insurance is included (110% of cargo value). All-risk cover available on request. For larger shipments we recommend upgrading to A.R.T. cover for additional protection against damage during handling.
