What We Inspect
Our QA team reports to you, not the supplier. We are not an in-house department of any factory in our network.
📋 PSI (Pre-Shipment)
Final random sampling before goods leave the factory. Most common check for volume orders.
🔄 DUPRO (During-Production)
Mid-run sample check to catch deviations early. Recommended for orders above 1,000 units or new suppliers.
🎯 FRI (Final Random)
AQL-based statistical sampling. For clients who need documented acceptance on a per-batch basis.
🧪 Lab Tests
CE, TÜV, UL, ISO, JIS — coordinated with our partner labs (SGS, BV, TÜV Rheinland).
What You Receive
- 📷 High-resolution photos of every sampled unit (good + defects)
- 🎥 Video walkthrough of the production line for orders above 5,000 units
- 📊 Inspection report in PDF — pass / fail per item, defect classifications, recommendation
- 📝 Suggested actions if defects found (rework / re-sort / replacement)
After the Inspection: QA
Inspection is just the moment of truth. Quality Assurance is the broader practice — what we do between orders to keep quality consistent:
- Defect remediation: if post-shipment defects show up, we pursue replacement or credit on your behalf under the contract.
- Warranty claims: 12–24 month warranty windows handled by our team.
- Supplier scorecards: track defect rates over time per supplier — used to retire bad suppliers & reward reliable ones.
- Annual reviews: a yearly written summary of your supply chain’s quality trend.
Inspection Cost
Charged per man-day (typically USD 250–400 depending on factory location) plus travel. We bundle the cost into our overall RFQ or quote — usually under 1.5% of the order value for typical volume orders.
