Industrial Manufacturing (OEM)

Industrial Manufacturing (OEM)

Long-term OEM partnerships. Monthly volumes. Engineering collaboration.

What This Means

You design or specify. We manufacture. The relationship is multi-year, not transactional.

What We Source

  • 🔧 Custom-machined parts — CNC, lathe, milling, grinding
  • 📐 Tooling & dies — stamping, casting, injection molds
  • ⚙️ Sub-assemblies — parts coming together at our partner’s plant
  • 🛡 Surface treatment — anodizing, plating, powder coating
  • 📦 Sub-component supply — bearings, fasteners, electrical parts

Engineering & Compliance

For OEM projects we typically:

  • Set up joint engineering reviews (English-Chinese)
  • Establish a documented FAI (First Article Inspection) process — PPAP per AIAG for automotive customers; AS9102 FAI for aerospace; customer-specific protocols otherwise
  • Coordinate factory QMS audits and certifications (ISO 9001 baseline; AS9100 for aerospace; IATF 16949 for automotive) where required by your end-customer
  • Build multi-supplier redundancy for risk management

Best Fit

  • 🏭 Industrial OEMs with stable monthly demand
  • 🛠 Equipment makers needing sub-assemblies
  • 🚜 Agricultural, mining, oil & gas support-equipment manufacturers
  • 🚗 Automotive Tier 2/3 suppliers

If your volumes are still small or your product is still iterating, our sourcing service is a better starting point.

How We Help

OEM partnerships are different from one-off purchases — they require engineering depth, documentation discipline, and continuity over years. Here’s the support we provide once a project goes into production.

  • Engineering interface. Bilingual engineers sit between your design team and the factory — we convert tolerances, materials, and surface-finish specs into unambiguous Chinese manufacturing language, and back-annotate factory drawings into English drawings for your records.
  • Tooling management. Tool / die / mold ownership tracking, amortization schedules, and lifecycle planning — so tooling assets are protected when you change production volumes.
  • FAI / PPAP documentation. First-article inspection reports with dimensional, material, and functional data; PPAP packages (AIAG level 3 or as your customer specifies) for automotive programs; IMDS / CAMDS submissions where required.
  • Sub-tier visibility. For Tier-2/3 critical components, we audit the sub-suppliers, validate their certifications, and build a multi-source plan so a single-source risk doesn’t put your line down.
  • Continuous quality. In-process inspection at agreed AQL levels; SPC data shared back to you monthly; lot traceability for material and process.
  • Cost engineering. Annual value-engineering reviews: where can we reduce cost without changing form/fit/function; where should we deliberately hold price for quality or risk reasons.
  • Logistics continuity. VMI (vendor-managed inventory) at our partner warehouse for fast-moving parts; bonded-warehouse options for tax-deferred imports.
